You say to cast
my cares on you,
but I keep worrying
anyway
You say you hold me
in your hand,
and that with
your help
I will not fall
Only you can give
me the help that I need
Even when people
treat me with hatred,
and even when they
abandon me
Show them all
that you are here
as you intervene
for me
Let them know
your mighty power,
and how you
rescue the small
and weak
And next time I
start to fret,
and next time I
forget to pray
Remind me that
you are my God,
and that you will
have mercy on me
You are gracious
and full of
compassion
You reign outside
of time
Please help me
to never forget
that I am yours
and you are mine
