Am I Fooling Myself?
you can prove it with your pride
you can lie right to my face
I can see through all your lies
why are you so full of hate?
you might think you have disguised
your intentions to navigate
your schemes you think can compromise
my level-headed mental state
I don’t like to say goodbye
I can disregard a sour debate
I just miss seeing your eyes
maybe there’s a chance it’s not too late
