Poetry can be so many things. I love rhythm and patterns that sometimes only I can see. One person might get meaning from a poem that, to another, looks like nonsense; It’s the beauty of the art of poetry.

When You Stand From Your Knees

in between realms from a source underneath
capture the courage from bringing release
fight with the darkness that steals you of peace
paradise fails when you stand from your knees
