A Different Perspective
things are not always
as serious as I make them
because I’ve been healing
and the misery is fading
I have trouble relating
to people who don’t know
what it’s like to suffer
and rise from the gutter
but I know everything
happens the way
it’s supposed to
and it’s up to us to learn
the ultimate lesson
and to find our own
reason for making
things happen
as we get used to
the feeling of being content
Speak Up!
don’t whisper out loud
what you should be
screaming from
the top of the house
speak up
and open your mouth
don’t hold it in
you need to get it out
Living the Dream
~my goal is to be a writer
so as long as I keep writing
I am living my dream~
