So Sick of It
you repeat to me
lies and half-truths
throwing dirty laundry
right in my face
with the chaotic
disorder and nasty
foul smells
they remind me
of what I don’t
need in my life
so retreat back
to your life of luxury
let me experience
my own reality
you wrote the future
in the sand of time
I really don’t need
you here in my life
