Hello, My Poetry and Writing Friends!

Hello, my poetry and writing friends! I hope you are well! Thank you for visiting my poetry blog. I appreciate you being here! 🙂

Today I have more of a journal entry and then a spiritual poem. I hope you enjoy them!

I Am Grateful To My Fingers~~Poetry~

Where do these thoughts come from? I didn’t write them down; they wrote themselves.
I usually don’t know how I feel until I re-read what I wrote. It’s always been that way. Sometimes the act of writing tells me how I am feeling and helps eliminate the emotional conflicts I experience. It gets the steam out and makes me feel so much calmer. I am grateful to my fingers for gliding me back to peace. 

Calling Out To My Creator~~Poetry~

out of the shadows
I saw a glimpse of light
it gave me the hope I needed
to make it through another night
I was feeling so alone
until I cried out to the one
who could save me from myself
my creator from another realm
nursed me back to health
