Hello, My Poetry and Writing Friends!🖤

I hope you are well! Thank you for visiting my poetry blog. I appreciate you being here!

Holy moly, it can get so frustrating when people don’t follow through with what they said they would do. Suddenly they don’t answer their phone or leave you on read.
.
When you need work done on your house, and no one shows up, or when you call an emergency service that is somehow out of service, it’s hard to deal with.
.
Besides saying a prayer for relief, I write about it. Poetry is therapy for me.

Frustration From Your Inaction

why not finish something for once
instead of just saying the words
you block out the truth and fill in the void
in a way that implies you haven’t  heard
in the morning at dawn, I lie in my bed
wondering if you will follow through
running over and over these thoughts in my head
still not knowing what it is I should do
