Hello, and welcome to my chaotic blog! My mental health journey is ever evolving, and recently took a turn for the worse. I am going to be blogging as a form of self-care. Will anyone want to read it? I’m not sure!!!

My Autism and ADHD diagnoses happen to be just the icing on the cake. My bipolar 1 still exists and will never leave me during this lifetime. I need to accept this now. I can’t live in hiding away from bipolar because I need to be on guard for the red flags, I must watch out for to try and avoid psychosis.

I have a lot of learning to do, and my quest will never get boring. I can finally embrace my Autism and learn how to manage all of my other conditions. I can be who God created me to be- just uniquely me… a misfit believer!!!
