Do you write when you’re sad? Do you write when you don’t know what else to do? Do you write to stay sane? If so, we have something in common! Writing is one of the best medicines I know of, and plan to keep writing in some fashion for the rest of my days.

I tried to force you out

I gave up all my pride

surrendered to the clouds

you have nowhere else to hide

though I had my doubts

you emerged from the inside

I’m feeling better now

I made it out alive
